Job Summary
The company is experiencing dynamic growth and is constantly evolving within a competitive marketplace. The finance function is critical to ensure the continued growth and success of the company.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the accounts administrator will support the finance team by managing day to day accounting and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Processing Supplier invoices through necessary approvals
- Posting Supplier invoices to Accounting System
- Assist with credit checks on new Customers
- Assist Accounts Receivable Manager with Customer Debt Collection
- Deal with any customer billing queries quickly and effectively
- Assist with weekly bank reconciliations
- Providing admin support to the Finance Team as required
What we are looking for:
- Some experience in an administrative or accounting role with demonstrable attention to detail is an advantage
- Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills essential – experience with the MS Office Suite
- Experience with SAGE or other equivalent accounting packages is not essential but would be desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks and taking ownership end to end.
- Self-motivated and self-driven, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to apply common sense and pragmatism as required.
- Demonstrate behaviour in accordance with EirTrade business ethics and protection policy in all company business dealings and decisions
Candidates please note. As we are located in Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole own transport is essential. Candidate must have the right to permanently work in Ireland at the time of application. Our working hours are 8.30 – 5.30 Monday – Friday. Interviews will take place in person at our Head Office.
