Marketing & Business Development Manager

With operations in Europe and the US, EirTrade’s role is to optimise Client Asset Value through a variety of services, including:

• End of Life Asset Management
• Aircraft Storage and Disassembly
• Engine Storage and Disassembly
• 145 Maintenance
• Consignment Programs
• Engine, Aircraft and Parts Trading
• Technical Services

• Proactively marketing EirTrade’s following services to prospective customers.
  • Engine Disassembly & Storage.
  • Aircraft Disassembly.
  • Aircraft Parking & 145 Maintenance at Ireland West Airport.
  • Technical Services.
• Liaising directly with EirTrade’s current client base to ensure their requirements are being catered for and to maximsie any opportunity to increase the volume of business.
• Developing EirTrade’s customer base to ensure strong brand awareness within the marketplace.
• Attending networking & industry events as an ambassador for EirTrade.
• Negotiate pricing and assist with the negotiation of key commercial terms with customers.
• Providing detailed feedback to senior management regarding market requirements & pricing strategy.
• Liaising with EirTrade’s Marketing Team to ensure constant focus on the marketing of EirTrade’s service offering.

• Prior experience in the Used Serviceable Material (USM) / aftermarket or another relevant area of the aviation industry would be a distinct advantage.
• A third level degree in Business or Marketing would be an advantage but not a must.
• Excellent communication skills & the ability to work as part of a Team is a must.
• Good emotional intelligence to ensure effective communication with customers and other industry players.

• Ability to apply integrity and good practice across all activities and initiatives.

• Self-motivated and self-driven, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working as part of a small entrepreneurial team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks taking ownership end to end.
• Good problem-solving skills to help remedy customer requirements.
• Demonstrate behaviour in accordance with EirTrade Business Ethics and Protection policy in all company business dealings and decisions.
