Due to the ongoing expansion of the business, we are currently seeking Warehouse Operatives for our Dublin location.

 

Job Summary
The Warehouse Operative plays an important role in maintaining efficient operations within the company. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will process orders: from the physical management of parts through to updating IT systems and shipping. This is a varied role and would suit someone who can manage multiple tasks, deadlines and who has an interest in the aviation industry.

 

Responsibilities
Ø  Work as part of a team to ensure efficient Warehouse operations

Ø  Process orders (incoming and outgoing) in line with agreed deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)

Ø  Use the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure that an accurate reflection of stock is managed and maintained

Ø  Manage all order documentation, ensuring it is compliant with both company and industry standards

Ø  Work collaboratively with other departments in order to meet company goals

Ø  Play an active role in ensuring that health, safety, quality, environmental and other company procedures are both adhered to and championed within the Warehouse

 

 

What we are looking for
 

Ø  Experience working in an operations environment / warehouse experience

Ø  Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

Ø  Excellent communication skills and a team player

Ø  Strong computer and IT skills

Ø  Experience and/or an interest in the aviation industry (desirable)

Ø  Knowledge of Quantum Control ERP system (desirable)
