Job Summary
EirTrade Aviation are looking for a Certified Salesforce Administrator to ensure that our business capitalises on the benefits the Salesforce system can offer.
This role will include taking responsibility for the oversight, monitoring, configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce system to ensure it supports the organisation’s needs.
The successful candidate will continuously work on ensuring the system is adapted to the changing needs of the business and work with all teams to display and train staff on the systems capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Hande day-to-day end-user queries to ensure resolution
- Setup and maintenance of users based on roles, profiles, sharing rules and permission sets
- Ensure user permissions and access are aligned with business requirements and security protocols
- Support all Salesforce hosted applications (AvSight, HR system)
- Utilise advanced administration tools such as Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules for automation
- Use the Salesforce optimiser to ensure the system is running in optimal health
- Review new release notes and technologies that would benefit our end users
- Implement release deployments as required
- Perform data loading exercises as needed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Act as the Gatekeeper to ensure data integrity is upheld within the Salesforce system
- Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business objectives for upcoming releases & sprints across all departments
- Maintain a functional understanding of business processes and project objectives to ensure alignment with solutions
- Ensure business requirements are established and documented, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features or change requests
- Collaborate with the organisation on ad hoc reporting, dashboard creation or modifications
- Ensure backlog grooming is current, to define scope, value, and priority for new features or change requests
- Grow the Salesforce skillset throughout the organisation, provide training to end users along with training documentation and instructional videos
- Act as a liaison between Salesforce users, vendors and partners
What we are looking for:
- 3 years Salesforce Administrator experience
- Salesforce Certified – Administrator or Advanced Administrator (currently running specialised Salesforce hosted applications – AVSight)
- Proven project management ability
- Excellent at meeting deadlines
- Analytical thinker with expert problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills with MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and correspondence
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Candidates please note. As we are located in Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole own transport is essential. Candidate must have the right to permanently work in Ireland at the time of application. Our working hours are 8.30 – 5.30 Monday – Friday. Interviews will take place in person at our Head Office.
