Responsibilities
- Record purchases / sales invoices in a timely manner.
- Forecasting projects.
- Assisting with the co-ordination of the tear down of aircraft.
- HR administration.
- Health & Safety Coordination.
- Recharges of expenses.
- Preparation of reports.
- Purchase supplies and equipment & sourcing material.
- Support management with ad-hoc activities.
- Ensure that all required documentation is accurately completed.
- Work to industry quality standards and EirTrade procedures.
- Actively participate with all Health & Safety, Quality and Environment requirements relating to the warehouse including manual handling. procedures.
- Ensure that the 3 EirTrade performance pillars taken into account on a daily basis.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
- High degree of competency with MS Office suite particularly Excel.
- Highly numerate, a bookkeeper or part qualified account qualification desired but not essential.
- A sound knowledge of computer systems, experience in AvSight desired but not essential.
- Be highly organised and be able to handle a wide variety of tasks in a highly pressurised environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Be an effective communicator.
- The ability to negotiate with clients.
Skills
- Demonstrate behaviour in accordance with EirTrade Business Ethics and Protection policy in all company business dealings and decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks taking ownership end to end.
- Self-motivated and self-driven, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working as part of a small entrepreneurial team.
- Proven ability to manage time and workloads for maximum efficiency.
