The Role

  • Removal of Aircraft engines and components, using tooling and engineering diagrams/manuals
  • Tagging and recording of all parts and materials for full traceability
  • Liaising with internal departments and external customers to manage packaging, storage, warehousing, and shipping of material
  • Working to the highest standards of Quality, Health & Safety
  • Maintaining professional integrity and operating in accordance with the EirTrade Business Ethics and Protection policy in all company business dealings and decisions
  • Adhering to EirTrade’s internal policies and procedures in addition to customer requirements

Qualifications

  • Industry qualification in aircraft maintenance engineering (EASA Part-66, FAA A&P) or similar preferred
  • Experience in aircraft engine maintenance essential
  • Forklift License desirable but not essential

Skills

  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, engine tooling and lifting equipment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible, motivated, and driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks
  • Effective time and workload management to keep turnaround-time to a minimum
  • Attention to detail and able to consistently deliver work to a high standard
  • Good I.T. skills, including Microsoft Office and basic tasks such as scanning and filing
  • Confident working both alone and as part of a team, as necessary
